Home from Surgery

My partner is sleeping next to me here on the couch. Sitting up is easier for her. She was in a LOT of pain post-op so they dosed her up good with Fentanyl which made her incredibly itchy and then puke-y. I gave her Phenergan once we got home and she's sleeping well without barfing. She's on Vicodin for the pain and I have the Outlook timer telling me when it's time.

The kids are out for the day and since I just gave her her next dose of meds, I'm going to snuggle on the other end of the couch as she sleeps.

Glad for the report and praying blessings for you and Sarah both!

Thanks lots. She's still sleeping and I got a nap. Sarah has always healed as she sleeps - her mama taught her to do that when she was little and had lung surgery (she was 3 years old) and, thankfully, it stuck. She'll sleep for a few days. The 2 Vicodin every four hours don't hurt, either. :)
