Must-Read Sites!
Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 06:59AM The first is the medblog site of a neonatologist as he talks about what his days look like. Another blogger shared the site because he spoke about nursing and the NICU - very good things he shared, too. I love, love, love hearing his frustrations about the hospital and all that goes on in there with staffing and supplies and such. Please read!

Another one I never suspected would be great (I've been scouring medblogs as I research medblog ethics) was this from a Psychiatrist (student? intern? haven't figured that out yet) who works in the hospital ER. Oh, my... he has some amazing things to share! His writing style is phenomenal; I am sure he will one day get a book deal for his blog... and absolute must-always-read.

Now, go read!

Okay it is time to quit being such a chicken...
I've been back and forth on commenting on this post for days now....... I've thought about e-mailing you privately... but seeing as you don't have to "post" this. I'm hoping to have the courage to actually send this. *note here is my hint to either not post this or edit it =)
Have you read all of neonataldoc? I caused a huge ruckus by commenting on the CDMR post. Which led to his slam on HOME. It has caused me great amount of angst and anger. I cried for days. And not always out of anger at the unthruths about birth that a lot of his "friends" perpetuate.
Well, there it is... now to hit that log in and publish...

I'm not sure I understand why it would not be good to post your comment. I will go and read the posts you speak of later tonight, but you are welcome to tell me what YOU think of them... I'm sorry my link might hurt, but I know I am learning a lot from his posts.
Remember, loads of people find my link/site repulsive, too.
Do share when/if you are ready.
I'm not upset with your link to it at all!!!! OH DO NOT GET ME WRONG on this one!!!!!!!! *arg, she finally shows up again and I go and make an unclear comment. ack!!!
No, I am unimpressed with neonataldoc on other levels, and I was surprised to see you had read him. But now that I know that you haven't read those posts, I can understand clearly. Yes, he does have a lot to give in some areas. No arguement there.
The reason for not wanting to say anything.... well I honestly thought that maybe those posts would be upsetting... I know they are to me. So now I live with the guilt if they upset you. Triple ack!

No, I'm not gonna be quiet anymore.
I will find time this weekend to read what you are speaking about and comment if necessary. I am intrigued now!
You didn't scare me... I just want to be enlightened!
