My Son & I

I don't get to show a picture of my son Tristan very often since he is a road manager for a country music band. He happened to be in Los Angeles the day Sarah and I flew in from Kaua'i, so we had breakfast at the 101 Cafe (directly across from the Tower Hotel... the model for the Tower of Terror at the Disney Parks!). It was a joyful hour that I spent hugging my baby boy - who still smells exactly like he did the moment he was born 25 years ago (October 20 is his birthday).
Isn't he beautiful? I can't believe I made him in my body!

Aw. this makes me miss my parents. I live in Connecticut with my husband *he's military so we move a lot* and son. They're in Texas with the rest of my family.

It's like he's transitioning from baby to little boy, and I'm not prepared. Granted I am pregnant with our second, but I'm not ready for the weaning, or the growing up. He doesn't even want to nurse down at night any more! Breaks my heart!
He's very handsome...I'm amazed at both my babies..and I made them in my body too...and I have to say I had a good time doing so. =)

Mine is only just three (guess I need to update my blogger photo!), but I do look at her on at least a daily basis and wonder how the heck I made something so purty. Can't wait to see how this next one turns out...
Maybe this sounds bad but the only thing I can see in any picture of you is all that beautiful HAIR. :)
