What happened to those phenomenal photos of the birth? Are they too intimate and explicit and the family choose not to have them out there for public consumption. Beautiful for their own family album.
Go back to "Ink Birth" and you will see them there. I changed the date so it would look like a different post, but I guess not everyone realized I posted the birth photos there! I did!
There is something so fascinating about this family. Maybe because the mom looks so young, like a little girl herself. Maybe your ability as a photographer to capture the transcendence of giving birth that i can see in the parents eyes. So powerful how she birthed the baby so carefully and you caught that on film.
What a gorgeous family. I absolutely love the last photo, even with mom looking into the camera it's such a candid shot, like she just happens to be looking at you, it's all very open and unposed.

I'm really glad you all like these. I don't get to photograph postpartum families as much as I would like to, so being able to do these was a joy. Thank you all for your kind words.
