I personally think "Read it out loud" three times is better, something about saying it tells a lot about how clumsy it is and how understandable it could be.

It must be a defect in my character, but my parents put great emphasis on both spelling and grammar, and when I see silly mistakes my opinion of the writer is lowered. I can't believe that there are SO many dyslexics out there. If someone can't expend the effort to spell check or to review one's own composition before posting, I begin to wonder if they are as sloppy as regards facts.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! That HIPPA/HIPAA thing makes me crazy! I have seen "HIPPA" used by medical and legal people who have no excuse.
