A New Accusation Against Dr. Biter

Take a look at this one. This is horrid... involves a fetal death in a home birth. Disgusting.
What's so revolting is in his Facebook page, he continues denying his guilt, saying the "truth" will come out and "karma" will show the real story. What he doesn't seem to understand is the Medical Board is unfolding the real story right in front of every one of us. That he doesn't even acknowledge his responsibility in the pain and suffering of the women and children he's hurt demonstrates the level of mental illness he harbors. I sincerely hope he gets help.
While I am so sorry this poor baby had to lose his life at the hands of Dr. Biter, the family can rest easier knowing their speaking out against this man has removed him from hurting anyone else (we hope).

As a CNM I am disgusted at this physician's behavior and so sad for all the women and children he has harmed. The California Board of Medicine needs to take his license and NEVER give it back! Furthermore, he needs to be monitored so he doesn't make any attempt to care for women in any form. What a dangerous person!
This violates the terms of his probation, doesn't it? Although, it may not be enough for him to lose his license; he may have to have, as Whitecoat calls it, an extended stay at the Greybar Motel to keep him away from OB/GYN.
I'm so disgusted by all of this. I have so many regrets about supporting him when he was suspended from Scripps Encinitas. There are about 10 red flags here, all of which I could justify transport for, yet he recognized or failed to act on all of them. So very, very sad.
On his FB page he shows pictures of his new birthing center being built...I know he cannot practice medicine solo per the medical board, can he still work as a midwife?
According to a recently posted document at MBOC, he has waived his right to present either oral or written defense and received an interim order of suspension on Nov. 20 pending a final decision by the Board.
In other words, he cannot now practice medicine in CA under any circumstances, and it is highly unlikely that will change with the Board's full judgement, which may simply sustain the suspension and stipulate the term or revoke his license entirely. (Or he could voluntarily surrender it.)
He keeps posting that the "truth will come out." He's been given every opportunity to do so--on Facebook, websites, interviews, and twice before the MBOC--if the "truth" isn't out there yet, it's because he's chosen to keep it to himself.
Is this the same doctor who was so nice to ladies laboring in the hospital?
